These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flailborn game and website. By downloading, installing or playing Flailborn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Flailborn for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
Fair play
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or tamper with the game client or network traffic.
- Do not harass other players or attempt to disrupt matchmaking, ranked duels or the servers.
- We may suspend or remove accounts, stats or rankings that violate these rules.
Purchases
Flailborn is free to play and may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads). Purchases are processed and billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by the relevant store according to its policy.
Virtual items
Any in-game entitlements have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change as the game evolves.
Disclaimer & liability
Flailborn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Online features depend on third-party networks and may be unavailable from time to time.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the game changes. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
